Returns and Refunds:

In-store purchases: For a purchase made in-store, it is possible to make an exchange but we do not provide refunds (in accordance with current law).

You have 30 days to exchange your products.

Online purchases: For a purchase made online, you have the option to exchange via our return tool or directly at the Boutique des Verts. Return costs are free in the case of an exchange or credit.

You can request a refund for any online purchase, it will be made on the original payment method. For a refund, the return must be made via the online platform. Refunds will be made subject to inspection of the products which must be complete and resalable as is. Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer in the event of a refund.
